Coach Ricky Reyes is the Technical Director of the Evergreen Lacrosse Club who launched the program in December 2014. He is the current Varsity coach at Woodgrove High School after previously serving as the JV Head Coach at Loudoun Valley in 2016. He also coached with the Brine Virginia National Team, NoVa West Lacrosse, FuZe Lacrosse, and Upper Corner Lacrosse where he was awarded the Best Coach in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Coach Reyes played his college ball at Christopher Newport University where played midfield under Coach Todd Boward and Coach Mikey Thompson for two years. He would medically red-shirt in 2011 to continue to rehab his injured right knee. That following year, the Captains would earn their first ever trip to the NCAA Tournament. Further knee complications caused him to be sidelined for his junior season where he spent most of his time working with the underclassmen. It was also during this time that he launched the Evergreen Lacrosse Club and found his passion in developing athletes.

Coach Reyes currently plays lacrosse for the Philippines Lacrosse where he was named a Team Captain. He also plays on an Evergreen box team and field team in the Summer and Winter seasons.

"I started the Evergreen Lacrosse Club as a reflection of my personal experience with lacrosse - I started playing my sophomore year of high school and was able to find success early because I had amazing coaches, teammates and environment that pushed me to be the best that I could be. If I was able to pick up the sport in that small window, there is no doubt in my mind that if we are able to provide an unique environment for our athletes, we can help them get to where they want to be and accomplish their goals"
